How'd we get here?

We saw the gaps in the current state of mental health care and set out to develop a more effective approach. Real was built to offer access to therapist-created resources with a community of like-minded people and the ability to engage in whatever way works for you.

How it Works

Real offers monthly check-ins, virtual events, guided programs, and on-demand exercises to support anxiety, sleep, and more.

On-demand, interactive mental health programs created by our therapy team. Each Pathway focuses on a specific mental wellness topic and is designed to help you develop tools and strategies to navigate life’s obstacles.

Moments take five minutes or less! When you don't have time to dedicate to a Pathway, these are a great option when you need a little extra support.
