Zeera, Inc. (“Zeera,” “we,” “our,” “us”) values the privacy of individuals who use our website, mobile application, and related services (collectively, our “Services”). This privacy policy (the “Privacy Policy”) explains how we collect, use, and disclose information from users of our Services (“Users”). By using our Services, you agree to the collection, use, disclosure, and procedures this Privacy Policy describes. Information We Collect

We may collect a variety of information from or about you or your devices from various sources, as described below.

A. Information You Provide to Us

Registration Information.

When you register to use our Services, we ask you for your name, email address, birthday, gender identity, and payment information. We also ask you to complete a preliminary questionnaire about your general state of well-being, which will help us tailor our Services to you. (We will ask that you complete this questionnaire monthly thereafter.) We may also ask you how you heard about us and why you are interested in the Services. If you sign up for notifications or updates, or to participate in our surveys without registering for our Services, we may ask you for information such as your name and email.

Information You Provide When Using Our Services.

We may collect information you provide to us in a number of ways, depending on which Services you choose to access. We may ask you to respond to specific questions that are relevant to those Services. For example, if you choose Therapist-Created Tools that have a pregnancy theme, we may ask you if you are pregnant, among other things. This information helps us better provide you with the Services. If you participate in a Live Event, we will collect any information you choose to provide during the Live Event, including questions and comments. Some Live Events are camera and microphone optional; if you give us permission to access you camera or microphone, we will have access to and capture your voice, image, and likeness in our recordings (as applicable), and you will be audible and visible (as applicable) to other Users and presenters participating in the Live Event. Your username, which you will select, will also be visible to other Users when you participate in a Live Event. We also collect information you provide when you sign up for a Live Event, for example, what drew you to the Live Event. When you submit content through one of our online forms or through a virtual interview, we will collect any information you choose to provide. If you provide a voice recording, we may transcribe your recording. The Services are not individual therapy and are intended solely to present generalized subject matter on the topic.

Communications.

If you contact us directly, we may receive additional information about you. For example, when you contact our member support team, we may receive your email address, the type of issue you are contacting us about, the contents of a message or attachments that you may send to us, and other information you choose to provide. If you subscribe to our newsletter, then we will collect certain information from you, such as your email address. When we send you emails, we may track whether you open them to learn how to deliver a better customer experience and improve our Services.

Careers.

If you decide to apply for a job with us, you must submit your contact information and your resume online. You may also voluntarily provide additional information about yourself, such as your gender, race/ethnicity, veteran status, and disability status. We will collect the information you choose to provide on your resume, such as your education and employment experience. It may also be possible to apply through LinkedIn. If you do so, we will collect the information you make available to us on LinkedIn.

Payment Information.

If you make a purchase through our Services, your payment-related information, such as credit card or other financial information, is collected by our third-party payment processor on our behalf.

B. Information We Collect When You Use Our Services.

Location Information.

When you use our Services, we infer your general location information, for example by using your internet protocol (IP) address.

Device Information.

We receive information about the device and software you use to access our Services, including IP address, web browser type, operating system version, phone carrier and manufacturer, application installations and device identifiers.

Usage Information.

To help us understand how you use our Services and to help us improve them, we automatically receive information about your interactions with our Services, like the pages, articles, or other content you view, the Live Events you attended, and the dates and times of your visits.

Information from Cookies and Similar Technologies.

We and third-party partners collect information using cookies, pixel tags, or similar technologies. Our third-party partners, such as analytics and advertising partners, may use these technologies to collect information about your online activities over time and across different services. Cookies are small text files containing a string of alphanumeric characters. We may use both session cookies and persistent cookies. A session cookie disappears after you close your browser. A persistent cookie remains after you close your browser and may be used by your browser on subsequent visits to our Services. Please review your web browser’s “Help” file to learn the proper way to modify your cookie settings. Please note that if you delete or choose not to accept cookies from the Service, you may not be able to utilize the features of the Service to their fullest potential.

Audio/Video Information.

We may record Live Events, , but only the audio and video of the speaker will be recorded. We do not otherwise record or receive a recording of the videoconference (either video or audio), and we direct others using the Services not to record through our Terms of Service (https://www.join-real.com/terms-of-service). However, it is possible a User could violate this policy and record the videoconference through a secondary means, such as an iPhone video. It is also possible that your videoconference could be viewed by others with access to the other users’ device where the videoconference is being streamed.

Information from third party services.

If you choose to link our Services to a third-party account, we may receive information about you. If you wish to limit the information available to us, you should visit the privacy settings of your third-party accounts to learn about your options.

How We Use the Information We Collect.

If we are providing the Services to you on behalf of a third-party partner (such as your employer) who has paid (in whole or in part) for you to use the Services, we will abide by the terms of our agreement with that third-party partner related to the use of the information we collect. However, we will never disclose any personally identifiable information that you share with us to such third-party partners (such as your employer). Otherwise, we use the information we collect:

To help us understand how you use our Services and to help us improve them, we automatically receive information about your interactions with our Services, like the pages or other content you view, the searches you conduct, people you follow, purchases you make, your comments, any content you post, and the dates and times of your visits.

Advertising Partners.

We work with third-party advertising partners to show you ads that we think may interest you. Some of our advertising partners are members of the Network Advertising Initiative (https://optout.networkadvertising.org) or the Digital Advertising Alliance (https://optout.aboutads.info). If you do not wish to receive personalized ads, please visit their opt-out pages to learn about how you may opt out of receiving web-based personalized ads from member companies. You can access any settings offered by your mobile operating system to limit ad tracking, or you can install the AppChoices mobile app to learn more about how you may opt out of personalized ads in mobile apps.

Sharing Between Users.

When you use the Services, you may share certain limited information with other Users. For example, when you participate in a Live Event, you may share questions and comments that will be visible to the other Users and presenters participating in the Live Event. Your username, which you will select, will be visible to other Users in your Live Event. If you choose to turn on your camera or microphone during a Live Event, other Users will also be able to see your video image or hear your voice, as applicable. If you choose to submit content through one of our online forms or through a virtual interview, we may opt to include your content directly in the Services.

As Required By Law and Similar Disclosures.

We may access, preserve, and disclose your information if we believe doing so is required or appropriate to: (a) comply with law enforcement requests and legal process, such as a court order or subpoena; (b) respond to your requests; or (c) protect your, our, or others’ rights, property, or safety. For the avoidance of doubt, the disclosure of your information may occur if you post any objectionable content on or through the Services.

Merger, Sale, or Other Asset Transfers.

We may transfer your information to service providers, advisors, potential transactional partners, or other third parties in connection with the consideration, negotiation, or completion of a corporate transaction in which we are acquired by or merged with another company or we sell, liquidate, or transfer all or a portion of our assets. Marketing Communications.

You can unsubscribe from our promotional emails via the link provided in the emails. Even if you opt-out of receiving promotional messages from us, you will continue to receive administrative messages from us.

Do Not Track.

There is no accepted standard on how to respond to Do Not Track signals, and we do not respond to such signals. If you choose not to provide us with information we collect, some features of our Services may not work as intended.

Third Parties

Security

We make reasonable efforts to protect your information by using physical and electronic safeguards designed to improve the security of the information we maintain. However, as no electronic transmission or storage of information can be entirely secure, we can make no guarantees as to the security or privacy of your information.

Children’s Privacy

You must acknowledge you are over 18 to use the Services. We do not knowingly collect, maintain, or use personal information from children under 13 years of age, and no part of our Services are directed to children. International Visitors

Our Services are hosted in the United States and intended for visitors located within the United States. If you choose to use the Services from the European Union or other regions of the world with laws governing data collection and use that may differ from U.S. law, then please note that you are transferring your personal information outside of those regions to the United States for storage and processing. Also, we may transfer your data from the U.S. to other countries or regions in connection with storage and processing of data, fulfilling your requests, and operating the Services. By providing any information, including personal information, on or to the Services, you consent to such transfer, storage, and processing.

Update Your Information or Pose a Question
